Pearl Yard is a large-scale build-to-rent development in Bermondsey by Greystar, set on the historic site of the former Peek Freans Biscuit Factory. Once complete, it will deliver over 1,600 homes, from studios to three-bedroom apartments, bringing contemporary living to a characterful South London neighbourhood.
Designed by Johnson Naylor, the residents’ amenity spaces span both Freans House and Peek Court, incorporating co-working areas, wellness facilities and social spaces. The interiors establish a cohesive and contemporary environment that supports flexibility, wellbeing and community, creating a balanced setting for modern urban living.
SCP Contracts worked closely with Johnson Naylor to specify the furniture for the project.
