The Fiori tables are artisanal examples of contemporary Finnish design. Manufactured in collaboration with master cabinetmaker Antrei Hartikainen, the design is notable for the tall handcarved flowers which appear to grow from its surface. The flower sculptures are detachable from their base for the option of creating a smooth table top. Available in three different sizes and in oak, stained oak and walnut.
Poiat was founded in 2010 by designers Antti Rouhunkoski, Timo Mikkonen and Marco Rodriguez. The Helsinki-based design studio draws upon classic Finnish design principles to create original and characterful forms. In addition to furniture, the practice encompasses architecture, interior and product design.
