Artisan is an award winning residential development by Dukelease, completed in Spring 2016. Designed by Rolfe Judd Architects, it comprises thirteen luxury apartments and five retail units located in the heart of booming Fitzrovia. SCP Contracts worked closely with Rolfe Judd on the interiors of the apartments.
The Fitzrovia Penthouse is one of these thirteen apartments, a real showcase of the talents of the Rolfe Judd interior team. The Penthouse is notable for its sensitive use of colour, tone and texture. The interiors were carefully designed to work in harmony with the unique nature of the architecture, mixing state of the art modern with historic preservation.
The development was awarded the 2016 London Evening Standard New Homes Award for Best Conversion, as well as the prestigious Grand Prix Award, the overall event winner.
