Cypsèle is a contemporary fine dining restaurant on Paris’s Île Saint-Louis, led by chef Marcin Król, bringing a fresh, produce-led approach to one of the city’s most historic neighbourhoods. Rooted in seasonal French ingredients while drawing on international influences, the restaurant offers an intimate dining experience that balances refined technique with a relaxed, modern atmosphere.
The interiors, designed by Nice Projects, transform a former pharmacy into a warm and characterful space, retaining original architectural features alongside handcrafted finishes, bespoke furnishings and contemporary lighting. The result is a thoughtful setting that reflects Cypsèle’s philosophy of understated craftsmanship, creativity and hospitality.
