Embassy Gardens is a residential development by Ballymore, completed in 2017. Located in Nine Elms, with Pimlico to the North and Battersea to the West, the site forms the core of an exciting new district in the centre of London. Encompassing just under 250,000 square metres of land, the development has created 1,750 new homes, in addition to 20,000 square metres of commercial space.
The relocation of the US and Dutch embassies to the area, in addition to the regeneration of Battersea power station, has redefined this riverside location. Offering residences, alongside offices and public spaces, Embassy Gardens is designed with lifestyle in mind. Amenities on the site include a large linear park, the EG:LE private residents club, an indoor and an outdoor pool, gym, spa, health club, library, cinema and yoga studio.
SCP Contracts worked with Benningen Lloyd on the interiors of the show flats. Combining modern design with the classic approach of Luis Bustamante, each apartment boasts a high attention to detail and meticulous finish. SCP Contracts provided a selection of furniture for the studio, one and two bedroom apartments.
