The Glassworks is the third build-to-rent building completed as part of Greystar’s ambitious regeneration of a former brownfield site into a vibrant canal-side neighbourhood. Envisioned as a lively mixed-use destination with shops, cafés, restaurants, a cinema, and office space, the development will ultimately provide over 2,000 rental homes across four buildings.
Johnson Naylor served as interior architects for The Glassworks, creating all resident amenities and shared spaces with a focus on comfort, community, and timeless design. Their scope extended from concept through to the specification of all FF&E, as well as consulting on apartment finishes and material palettes to ensure a cohesive aesthetic throughout. The result is a refined and welcoming environment that complements the broader vision for a connected, contemporary neighbourhood.
