Olánduō is a private residential interior project designed by KEMSI, conceived as a calm and deeply personal sanctuary. Shaped through close collaboration with the client, the interiors combine sculptural forms, asymmetrical joinery and tactile natural materials to create a sense of quiet luxury and lived-in ease.
Drawing on a blend of cultural influences and crafted details, the home prioritises comfort, longevity and emotional connection over overt statement, resulting in a space that feels both grounded and refined.
SCP Contracts worked closely with KEMSI to specify the furniture for the project.
