The Warehouse in Penryn, Cornwall, is Origin Coffee Roasters sixth establishment designed by Hart Miller, but the first to offer both coffee and food. Origin are a leading coffee roasting company who are based in Cornwall. They supply speciality coffee to clients such as the Soho House Group and Selfridges.
The Warehouse is situated on a prime location close to Penryn Harbour, where a new creative community is taking shape. The design of the space responds to both the location itself and the quality of the coffee on offer there. The space has been designed with real attention to detail, a sensitive use of materials and the desire to create somewhere particularly relaxing.
Hart Miller have used a subtle blend of tiled and wood finishes throughout the space, which are complemented by the selection of different seating options, in light and stained wood, and in leather upholstery. SCP Contracts worked with Hart Miller to specify all the chairs and stools for the space.
